Artist Statement

The Bucks County countryside's vast inspirational settings have compelled an ongoing series of plein-air landscapes. Painting on location is an extremely intimate relationship with the surrounding environment, the progression of time, and the fickleness of light. Beyond the expressive application of oil pastels, the rewards include the universally felt complexities of natures' circumstance and our place within it.

Biography

John Huber is a fine artist, photographer, illustrator and website designer living in Bucks County. A Bachelor of the Fine Arts, John received his traditionally-trained art background at Millersville University. The owner and lead designer of Huberific Design Studio, LLC, John also has over sixteen years of professional experience in the web and graphic design industry.

John participates in the local art communities with gallery exhibitions, life-model drawing sessions, and continued creation of new bodies of work. John has exhibited throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
